質量及環境政策 – Quality and Environmental Policy
我們秉承環境保育的理念,竭力為行政支援服務使用者提供及時、適當且優質的服務。為實現這一目標,大學建立並貫徹執行 ISO 9001 和 ISO 14001 標準的質量及環境管理系統。為滿足各使用者之需求並力求超其所望,我們做出以下承諾:
- 持續改善我們的服務質量和環保工作;
- 以服務對象為本、以服務使用者的滿意度和全員參與為基本原則,發展及改善澳大的校園生活、學習及工作環境;
- 遵循所有適用的本地法規及環保要求;
- 適當簡化行政程序,將權責下放於大學各部門,以提高其自主性和工作效率,從而為用戶提供及時的服務;
- 預防污染,優化能源效率,減少材料和其他資源的消耗;
- 增強教職員及學生的環保意識,並在校園建築和設施中融入環保理念;
- 保護校內自然及生態環境;
- 鼓勵外部供應商和承辦商提高其服務質素和環保表現。
We strive to provide timely, appropriate and high quality services to administrative support users (A.S. users) in an environmentally responsible manner. In order to achieve this goals, the University has established and maintains a Quality and Environmental Management System complying with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. We are dedicated to meeting the requirements and doing better than what is expected by those who use our services.To this end, we are committed to:
- Keep improve our service quality and environmental performance;
- Develop and improve UM’s campus environment for living, learning and working with guiding principles of customer-centred, user satisfaction and full staff commitment.
- Comply with all applicable local regulations and environmental requirements;
- Simplify administrative procedure where appropriate and give more autonomy and responsibility to different units within the University to optimise work efficiency and provide timely services to users;
- Prevent pollution, maximise energy efficiency, as well as to reduce the consumption of materials and other resources;
- Strengthen the environmental awareness of staff and students and incorporate environmental concepts in the design of buildings and facilities on the campus;
- Protect the natural and ecological environment of the campus; and
- Encourage external providers and contractors to enhance their service quality and environmental performance.
